Orders & Delivery
To guarantee your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order by the below dates to avoid delays!
For NSW, VIC, ACT, SA & QLD:
Express shipping: Sunday 21st December 11:59pm AEDT
Standard shipping: Wednesday 17th December 11:59pm AEDT
For WA, NT & TAS:
Express shipping: Thursday December 18th 11:59pm AEDT
Standard shipping: Monday December 15th 11:59pm AEDT
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $14.95.
For NZ Shipping we use Australia Post and NZ Post. All New Zealand orders are charged at a flat rate of $15 (AUD). Products are shipping from Melbourne, Australia and will typically be delivered in 3 - 8 business days, depending on region.

Unfortunately we do not offer Click & Collect at this time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email to let you know you order is on its way to you! This will include your tracking details with Australia Post, as well as your tracking ID. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking to be valid with Australia Post.
You should receive an order tracking confirmation email once your parcel has been dispatched. This will be emailed to the email address provided on your order. Please check junk/spam folders in case it accidentally ends up there.

Orders can take some time to be processed and delivered depending on your location and any current delays with Australia Post. You can track your parcel using the tracking link provided to you via email.

Sometimes our orders are shipped in multiple packages. Make sure to check your email as we may send multiple dispatch notifications with additional tracking information.
If it has been over 10 days since your first delivery, or your order was not sent in multiple parcels and you are missing items, please contact our customer service team.
Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make any cancellations or amendments. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you would like to request a return for your order, please contact our customer service team.
Australia Post may declare your parcel “return to sender” for reasons such as the address is invalid, the person is unknown at the address or the delivery driver has been unable to access the premises.
If you notice that your tracking information says “return to sender”, please contact our online support team at support@harrison.com.au for a resolution process.
Yes, we do deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers with Australia Post. Please ensure to also enter the valid street address of the PO BOX or Parcel Locker at the checkout.
Yes! We do currently ship to New Zealand. See our shipping policy for more information here.
Unfortunately we currently do not offer international shipping. We ship Australia-wide only.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
Harrison is confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, we offer FREE RETURNS within 60 days of the order date. Harrison will not take responsibility for returned items not received if registered post is not used. We have 4 conditions of return for change of mind, item(s) must be returned:
1. Within 60 days of the order date
2. Item must be unworn with the original tags still attached - we are unable to accept shoes with dirty marks or damaged soles
3. Items must be returned in the original shoe box which must be in the original condition.
4. Postage is non-refundable
Harrison reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to.

We currently do not provide exchanges of styles/sizes via online, you can however submit a return and re-order a replacement product. You can request a return here.
Many retailers stock Harrison shoes, but purchases from harrison-shoes.com.au can only be returned via the online returns portal.
Once your item/s are received back at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed back to your original method of payment.
Refunds will be processed back through your Afterpay or Zip Pay account. Once we have approved your return, payment installments will be adjusted or cancelled, and any paid amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Pay Pal, Afterpay and Zip Pay.
Yes - all prices are displayed in Australian Dollars, including GST.

Yes! $10, $25, $50 & $100 gift cards are available to purchase online. You can find online gift cards here.
To use your digital gift card online:
1. Simply add your selected Harrison items to your cart.
2. Proceed to the checkout and enter in the digital gift card number and gift card pin.
3. Then hit apply. It’s as simple as that!
Please make sure you use the entire amount, as any unused amount left on the digital gift card after the expiration date, will not be refunded or credited.
If you wish to place an order as a gift, you can enter a separate delivery address to your billing address. We do not include a tax invoice in the parcel. In this case, please retain you order number and order confirmation email as your invoice receipt. Any purchase that is sent as a gift, and subsequently returned to us will refunded only to the original payment method.
Promotions & Discounts
Promotional discounts and offers are valid only for purchases made within the promotional period and cannot be applied to previous orders.
First, check you have entered the promotional code correctly. These are case sensitive and should not be followed by a space.
Second, double check our terms and conditions to ensure the promotion is still active and applies to the products you are looking to purchase.

Unfortunately not. Promo codes must be applied at time of purchase and cannot be applied after the order is placed.
